Step 1
Airline Career Pilot Program
Begin your flight training in Faithful Guardian’s Zero to MEI program or if you’ve enrolled and received at least your PPL here at FGA, FGA students can apply and interview for the PSA Cadet Program and receive a flight training stipend of $15,000; paid out as $5,000 after your initial interview and $5,000 upon completion of your next rating or license.
Step 2
Build Experience as a Flight Instructor
Become an instructor with FGA’s — Guaranteed Job Offer for all FGA Zero to MEI Program graduates, where you can continue to train and foster the next generation and most qualified group of pilots. PSA cadet instructors are eligible to receive the remaining $5,000 of the cadet bonus during time building as an instructor.
Step 3
Airline Pilot Job Placement
In two years after starting flight training, you start your new hire class with PSA Airlines. Receive a $10,000 bonus after your initial training and IOE and after one year with PSA receive another $5,000.
Step 4
Flow-Through to American Airlines
As a PSA Airlines pilot, you can take advantage of a flow-through agreement between American Airlines and PSA, putting you on a direct path to American.
